A Justice of the Peace does more than settle disagreements and marry people.  To Karen Orzech, it also affords an opportunity to effect constructive improvements for individuals as well as the overall community.  It is an opportunity to help people change their lives.  It is an opportunity to improve personal and community safety.  Her vision is a Justice Court with:
